“We’ve designed BizBaby with such flexibility in mind, that it’s like shoes you buy for your baby when it’s just 6 month old that will be perfect even when your baby grows into a 6 feet tall adult. It’s great for single person operators and its great when business grows past 100+ employees and $100M in revenue.”
“I’m not gonna say that we have the best or the state of the art technology. You don’t need that. What we have is a technology that is tailored to you, it works great, it’s dependable, adoptable, easily upgradable and it doesn’t break your bank. And I promise you it will only get better over time.”

Growing a business beyond 2 trucks was impossible without proper scheduling software. But what was game changer is a call center to provide an excellent customer service, this is where BizBaby stands out from the rest.

BizBaby allowed us to get paid much faster than before. “Service Order” model works great, i don’t have to send any invoices and wait to get paid, sometimes for weeks. Now we can charge customers for home cleaning, the day of the appointment.

There are two types of ways customers can give you business:
Projects that require quotes to be approved and invoices paid after job was completed. Sometimes a visit to clients property needs to be scheduled to make a proper estimate of costs.
Customer is provided terms of the job contract. Signature as a quote approval is required.
There can be down payment, payment due date and late fees sometimes added.
Work that that doesn’t require quotes or estimates.
Customer selects appointment options, such as size of property or level of work. Sees the price based on the selected options ahead of time and agrees to it by placing an appointment.
Payment can be processed by a business before or after work was completed, customer needs to add credit card on file.
Service appointments can be put on subscription.
By efficiently utilizing both types, business can significantly increase flexibility, efficiency, progit margin and revenue.
Offering service appointments for simple repetitive projects that require low to no management oversight while processing payments before dispatching workers to the clients location or right after the completion. And reserving high touch job types for big projects that require lots of management supervision.
High. Each job needs management input at every step of the way.
Low.Customer chooses & confirms options during the checkout.
